1-29-16 – PRUNE PEOPLE: The Spiritually Constipated Faithless Ones

Luke 18:6-8 –

And the Lord said,
“Hear what the unrighteous judge said;
now, will not God bring about justice for His elect
who cry to Him day and night,
and will He delay long over them?
I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly.

However, WHEN THE SON OF MAN COMES,
WILL HE FIND FAITH ON THE EARTH?”

Hebrews 10:19-27 –

I’m talking about professing “Christians” who truly do NOT have faith.  THE LACK OF FAITH is a very SERIOUS area, so much so, the Bible warns us about it:

Hebrews 11:6 –

“And without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for he who comes to God must believe that He is
and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.”

 

LET’S GET OUT THE BIBLE . . . THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT . . . . THE TRUTH FROM THE WORD OF GOD . . . . FLAME ON!!!!

HOW TO AVOID BEING A “PRUNE PERSON”:  

READ YOUR BIBLE WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Yes, you read that correctly: “READ YOUR BIBLE WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT”.

 He inspired the original writers of the Bible.

Ask HIM what He meant when you read it.

Ask HIM to teach you the truth of the Written Word.

Ask HIM to remove the blinders of man-made doctrines from your eyes so you can truly SEE the TRUTH and it will set you free.

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit,
whom the Father will send in My name,
He will teach you all things,
and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.”

TIME IS TOO SHORT TO BE A PRUNE PERSON. . . . SEEK THE LORD LIKE NEVER BEFORE and let Him POP!!! POOF!!! Eliminate those “doctrines of man” and bring the TRUTH FROM THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD. . . WITH FIRE.
