Luke 8:17 – “For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light.”
1 Peter 4:17 – For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?”
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 – “The conclusion, when all has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments, because this applies to every person. For God will bring every act to judgment, everything which is hidden, whether it is good or evil.”
I was led by the Lord to try out for a part in a new Daytime soap opera. I was the only one who had not acted before or took acting lessons. I was given a part to play. My character’s name was “Gloria”, who was the “Director of Communications”. She would be dating a character, Jacob, who had 3 small children.
After all of the actors were chosen, we were all getting ready to leave. It dawned on me that the Daytime “soaps” sometimes have what appear to be nude scenes. I went to the director and told him I would not do any nude scenes. He was going to fire me. I told him that would be fine, but challenged him to have a moral Daytime Soap Opera.
I left and said that it was in God’s hands and said out loud, “Lord, your will be done on earth.”
In the next part of the dream, I had been kept on at the Soap Opera to portray “Gloria”. I showed up on the site and was shown church-related items in my movie set office, located on the bottom shelf. They had me go to the church in the next scene. I was horrified. They portrayed a church scene, but had a large swimming pool in the front, with people floating nude in it. The scene was blatant hypocrisy. I bent over in the pew and wept deeply.
This is what came to mind, when I awoke: “IMMORALITY IS IN THE CHURCH.”
The recent hacking of the adultery site, “Ashley Madison”, with the list of adulterers coming out in the public, is one way immorality is being revealed for ALL to see.
JUDGEMENT is on the House of God; He WILL use different means to bring out into the light, that which was hidden. More will continue to be revealed in the days ahead.
We each must be sure we have a pure walk with Jesus. We MUST repent from ALL sins (meaning stop sinning and ask for forgiveness). ALL that we do in secret will come out in the light.
Is there anything you are doing right now, that would bring you shame or regret, if it were broadcast on the news? If so, STOP and REPENT!!! Your “secret sins” today, may be broadcast to the world tomorrow and if not? They ARE being recorded in the Kingdom of Heaven and will remain there for judgement, unless you REPENT!!!
We serve a HOLY God. . . any sin we allow into our lives will block us from a close walk with the LORD and if we continue in that sin. . . we will NOT be going to Heaven.
Daily we must ask the LORD to search us and show us if there is anything unpleasing to Him, then repent.
We MUST stay pure and ready for the return of our Heavenly Bridegroom, our LORD and SAVIOR, Jesus Christ.
Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
“Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.”
“Say to the righteous that it will go well with them, For they will eat the fruit of their actions. Woe to the wicked! It will go badly with him, For what he deserves will be done to him.”
“Thus I will punish the world for its evil And the wicked for their iniquity; I will also put an end to the arrogance of the proud And abase the haughtiness of the ruthless.”
